REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
ALL HATS ARE FINAL SALES, no exceptions.
As to other products, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, to be included in your return box.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
